– A complaint is when the item has defects or faults.

– Is it a cancellation, and does it include items that are too large or too heavy to be sent in a standard parcel?

Please wait for our reply by email. We respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
In particular, lounge products, benches, large tables, and heavy parasol bases cannot be returned in a standard parcel.

– Is it a cancellation, and can the items be sent in a standard parcel?

Return the items to us. You can arrange shipment to our warehouse yourself, or ask us for the price of a return label for the specific return.
